Rick Moldenhauer, MS, LADC, ICADC, LPCC is a Human Services Program Consultant/State Opioid Treatment Authority representative, at the Behavioral Health Division, DHS. Rick has 36 years of experience in a wealth of settings involving substance use disorder treatment. He is on a variety of State and Federal initiatives involving best practices and committees for various purposes, has received both State and National awards for his work. He is an author, frequent speaker and technical assistant in quality delivery of chemical dependency services.
